The day starts with a quick welcome and then diving right into the workshop. The first process is designed to help you become fully aware of your actions over the last 90 days
AWARENESS OF CURRENT EXPERIENCE (ACE)
- What have you done?
- What have you not done?
- What have you done that you should not have done?
- What have you not done what you committed to doing?
- How are you wasting time?
- What could you have done better?
Self-reflection is very powerful, but we rarely give ourselves the opportunity and time. We know from experience there will be times you’ve had a good 90 days, and then, and more common, “I could have achieved more”. Entrepreneurs usually only have their clients to be accountable to, left to their own devices, they often fall short in many areas of life and business.
MODULE 2: MIND YOUR CRAP
Your ability to tap into creative intelligence, make vital life choices is greatly impacted when you’re mind in full of CRAP. During this session, you will learn to identify the CRAP holding you back from turning dreams into reality. This powerful session is a journey into self-awareness, only through self-awareness can one begin the journey of self mastery
What you will learn:
- The impact of the 3 E’s (Experience, Environment, Education) the key influencers on your life in the past and today, and how they created the CRAP you’re now dealing with.
- Identify your Confusions (decisions you need to make)
- Understand your Resistance to taking action (limiting belief)
- Identify your Anxiety (fears, worries, concerns, etc)
- What Problems are you dealing with (actual tangible challenges)
MODULE 3: DEBUG YOUR CRAP
In MODULE 2 you identified the CRAP holding you back, the mind viruses holding you back. In this session we teach and use a variety of tools and processes to debug your mind viruses.
- Turning statements into questions
- Asking better questions
- Reframing problems
- Find the gift in the situation
- Forgive and Release
- Making choices
While we are not making promises that all your CRAP will magically disapear, we can tell you from past experience that your mind will be far clearer.
MODULE 4: CREATE YOUR COMPELLING LIFEPLAN
Why is is important to have a compelling vision for your life aka lifeplan? A lifeplan aka. life vision, is a self-created statement of what you want in your life. During this session we guide you to CREATE your life vision, in a step by step process.
- Clarity: you must be clear about what you want
- Resonance: your vision must resonate with your personality
- Enhance: your vision must enhance your life
- Achievable: your vision must be within the realm of both possibility and achievability
- Timeframe: your vision must exist within a certain time frame
- Enthusiastic: when you read back your vision, it must enthuse you
Think about this: Have you ever watched a movie trailer… and after you watched it, you REALLY wanted to go watch the movie.... and you? Your lifeplan, your life vision must feel the same to you… it should inspire and motivate you.
MODULE 1: FIND YOUR FOCUS & BALANCE
During this session we use a systematic process to guide you evaluate your lifeplan, and to find what you need to focus on for the next 90 days. In additon to find your focus, we believe it’s important to work towards work life balance, this is also covered in
MODULE 2: CREATE YOUR 90 DAY ACTION PLAN
In the session of the workshop you will be guided to create you 90 day action plan. We use processes to activate creative intelligence to make this process fun and interactive.
MODULE 3: MASTERMIND & RESOURCES
In this section of of the workshop we break up into groups and mastermind our 90 day plans. Other group members will question your plan, question you, will your plan stand the group test? In addition, you will have the opportunity to ask for resources to help you implement your 90 day plan if required.
MODULE 4: DECLARATIONS & COMMITMENTS
In the final session of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to declare your plan and declare your commitment for the next 90 day plan.
